Uploaded documents are stored so that extracted obligations remain traceable to their source. You may request deletion of uploaded documents subject to any retention obligations described below.

Duncet uses AI models to help identify, extract and structure information from contracts. AI-derived interpretations are estimates that should be reviewed where accuracy matters, and remain traceable to the underlying contract language.

We use collected information to operate, maintain and improve the platform, to communicate with you, and to provide the contract intelligence and workflow features described on this site.

We do not sell your data. We may share information with service providers who help us operate the platform, under confidentiality obligations consistent with this policy, or where required by law.

The platform may rely on third-party infrastructure and AI providers to process contract content. These providers are engaged under agreements intended to protect the confidentiality of your data.

We apply administrative, technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, disclosure or loss. No system can be guaranteed fully secure.

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the platform, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes and enforce our agreements, after which it is deleted or anonymized.
